THE CONDOS
The Iguana golf condominiums were designed for those who enjoy an active, coastal lifestyle in the tropics. With Nicaragua's premier coastal golf course in place and home to two of Nicaragua's best surf breaks, rental demand has been steadily increasing over the past couple years, and is expected to increase for many years to come. Take advantage of this trend by renting your condominium out to vacationers while you are not in it. Full rental and property management services are provided to condominium owners on-site, taking care of every aspect from reservations to cleaning to paying you your cut.
Lock-out Space
Anticipating the demand for rentals in the area, the developers of the Iguana golf condominiums designed each unit to include ample lock-out space, where you can keep personal effects such as surfboards, golf clubs, beach items, and anything else you don't want out while your condominium is earning you rental income.

A newly opened restaurant and general store is just a 5 minute walk from your condominium. The town of Gigante is just a 15-20 minute drive away, where you will find beach front restaurants and the ability to charter a fishing boat for the day. 9 holes designed to challenge even the experienced player. Plenty of sand and water traps, and incredibly low greens fees for golf course members.
Carts and clubs available for rent at the pro shop, and regularly scheduled camps led by professionals from the U.S. and elsewhere to help you improve your game. Driving range and practice areas have also been designed as part of the course. All this just walking distance from your condominium.
Surf
Two world-class breaks just walking distance from your condominium. Colorado and Panga Drops are famed beach breaks that pick up most swells that hit Nicaragua. Your condominium gives you prime access to these breaks in the early morning, and late in the evening, when the boats from San Juan del Sur are either on their way to or from these breaks. Popoyo and the multiple breaks between are just a 15 minute boat ride.
