Greetings from San Juan del Sur,
 November proved to be another exciting month full of fun activities and community events in San Juan del Sur. Locals and ex-pats showed off their grill skills for prizes and bragging rights at the second annual Beach BBQ Cook-Off. The sixth annual Library Celebration acknowledged one of the most successful philanthropic programs in Nicaragua, San Juan del Sur's Public Mobil Library, which lends the local community and outlying areas books and provides reading and writing classes for children and adults. And of course, ex-pats and tourists from the U.S. celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday with all the foods you would expect at home plus some local fare.
November thru February is the best time to visit Nicaragua and find the most attractive real estate investment deals.
